The scenic journey along the rugged and beautiful coastline&nbsp;is a highlight in itself and the perfect prelude to a stunning sunset over the 12 Apostles. Picturesque coastal scenery, mysterious local history, and world-famous sights all combine to make&nbsp;the essential ingredients for a memorable day out.

Avoid the crowds with a later departure time at around 10.00 am from Melbourne as we make our way towards Victoria&#39;s Surf Coast, with its&nbsp;quaint beachside towns and powerful swells. Enjoy a brief stop at&nbsp;the town of Anglesea, for a chance to&nbsp;walk alongside the beautiful Anglesea River, before a lunch stop (at your own expense) at&nbsp;Kennett River. Take the opportunity to stroll among the sweetly-scented eucalyptus trees to&nbsp;locate local koalas in their native habitat.

Take in the amazing scenery as you continue&nbsp;onwards through the beautiful Otway Ranges to the&nbsp;Shipwreck Coast&nbsp;and the&nbsp;iconic rock formations of the Port Campbell National Park.&nbsp;Marvel at the natural beauty of Loch Ard Gorge and hear the famous tale of shipwreck survival,&nbsp;bringing the gorge to life in a way you never imagined.&nbsp;There is&nbsp;time to explore here, with more formidable rock formations to see, including the&nbsp;Razorback, the Dumpling Pots and the delightful Island Archway.

As the sun approaches the horizon we make our way to our final sightseeing destination for the ultimate photo opportunity. Prepare to be amazed by the majestic monoliths of the Twelve Apostles,&nbsp;watching the colours of the sky and the land transform in the evening light.&nbsp;We break up the homeward journey with a dinner stop (at your own expense) in the regional town of Colac, afterwards enjoying&nbsp;views of the illuminated city as we arrive back in Melbourne.

This means that should someone else want to go on the tour you are booked on, we may not be able to take that person or people on the tour.

We ask you to please understand that, should you cancel your tour, you may be charged a cancellation fee. This is, amongst other reasons, why we strongly recommend you consider travel insurance as a part of your trip planning.

All of our day tours have a flexible fare &ndash; no&nbsp;cancellation fees apply for changes up to 48 hours before your tour departure time. Cancellations within 48-24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee and cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare.

Guest cancellation of any multi-day tour, in less than 7 days but more than 3 days prior to departure time will result in a 50% refund of the tour fare. Cancellation within 3 days of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare.

Please note also that a &ldquo;cancellation&rdquo; includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.

<h4>Children&rsquo;s Fares</h4>

Our children&rsquo;s fares apply to all travellers under 16 years of age, including infants. All persons travelling on our tours must have a separate seat booked for their use. Our children&rsquo;s fares are $20 less than the full adult fare.

<h4>Travel Insurance</h4>

Travel insurance is not included. We recommend you have appropriate insurance, including a cancellation policy.
