In the unlikely event, your departure is cancelled because minimum numbers have not been met, the supplier will transfer all monies paid onto another departure date in the future. If this is not suitable, the supplier will refund your tour price in full.

	A cancellation will only be effective when the supplier receives written confirmation of the cancellation.

	Cancellations 31 days or more before departure: The supplier&nbsp;will provide a 100% travel credit with unlimited validity or a 100% refund within seven days.

	Cancellations between 15 and 30 days before departure: The supplierwill provide a 100% travel credit with unlimited validity. Or refund the 25% deposit less a $100 cancellation fee.

	Cancellations 3 &ndash; 14 days before departure: The supplier will retain the 25% deposit as a cancellation fee and offer a 75% travel credit with unlimited validity. Or refund 75% balance within seven days.

	Cancellations 1-2 days before departure or failure to board the tour: Will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

	If the cancellation is due to government-imposed restrictions or border closures: You will be provided with an instant 100% credit with unlimited validity. If this is not suitable, you will be provided with a 100% refund within seven days.

	If the cancellation is due to you having COVID-19 or &lsquo;flu-like symptoms, in the 48 hours before departure: if a medical certificate is provided, the supplier will hold 100% of monies paid by you in connection with the booking as credit with unlimited validity.

No yoga experience is required for this tour. The yoga instructors will cater to all levels.

Depending on the time of year you are travelling, you may need to be prepared for the extremes. Temperatures in Southern Australia in winter (June, July, August) can get quite cold with daytime temperatures from 10 to18 degrees Celsius and nighttime temperatures can reach zero. Please ensure you pack appropriately. You&rsquo;ll be nice and snug when travelling in the vehicles and staying in your accommodation but for the outdoor activities you&rsquo;ll need warm jackets and a raincoat, just in case.

In summer, daytime temperatures can be extreme from November to April with temperatures generally in the 30s but sometimes reaching over 40 degrees Celsius. Be prepared to endure extra physical stress due to the heat at these times, especially while on walks. If travelling in summer we recommend that you bring loose, cool, cotton clothing to protect yourself from the harsh sun. A sun hat, sunscreen and sunglasses are a must.

<h4>Other things to pack:</h4>

With luggage restrictions you need to pack sensibility and light. Please ensure you have comfortable walking shoes, a hat, jacket, raincoat, sunglasses, water bottle, swimmers, beach towel and of course a camera.

The supplier is happy to cater to passengers with most special diets but these and/or food allergies&nbsp;MUST&nbsp;be informed at the time of booking. Some of the food for the trip is purchased prior to commencement and special requirements cannot be catered for after departing. If you have not notified the supplier prior to departure, you may be asked to pay for any additional food yourself. Many of the meals are at restaurants, so it is also beneficial if the supplier can advise them prior to our arrival.

You pick up location varies for each tour and is stated in day one of the day-by-day itineraries on each tour page.&nbsp; As soon as you make a booking the supplier will send you a Pre-Departure Information pack which outlines all of the extra information you need.

Under the expert guidance of your local yogini, sample the region&rsquo;s best produce, roam along bush-edged beaches in the company of kangaroos, cruise through untouched islands and tame your soul with daily yoga and meditation. Unleash your inner artist and expand your skill set with photography and art classes, then cosy up at night in your accommodation. This is the rejuvenation your body craves.

Day 1

After collection from your Perth accommodation, you will be taken to the airport with the group to give you a chance to meet everyone before boarding the flight. Touchdown in Esperance and be greeted by your expert guide-come-yogini for the next four days. First up on your wellness agenda is a photography lesson with a local photographer. Learn the perfect way to capture your adventures on the trip during a scenic walk to Lovers Cove. Here, you can get snap happy, then throw down a picnic blanket by the sea for lunch and a swim. Come 2pm, we&rsquo;ll check into our accommodation. Take your time to settle in, before our&nbsp;Welcome Circle and flower mandela creation. Then bliss out&nbsp;during a restorative afternoon of vinyasa yoga and meditation with Melissa from Twilight Yoga. Tonight, your guide will prepare a nutritious dinner featuring local produce.

Day 2

Start the day with a morning vinyasa yoga class followed by a nutritious breakfast which will awaken your mind and body in preparation for the day ahead. Home to iconic Lucky Bay, where kangaroos can be found lounging on the beach, we&rsquo;ll spend the day unearthing Cape Le Grand National Park. Hike through untouched bushland to panoramic coastal vistas, pristine beaches and views of the Recherche Archipelago from the ancient hills that skirt the ocean. Kick off your shoes and roam along sand so fine it squeaks and cool down in the turquoise waters. Here, we&rsquo;ll picnic right on the pristine shores before embarking on another hike along the coastline from Lucky Bay.

By the late afternoon, unwind with a soul-taming sound meditation with Melissa from Twilight Yoga. Spend the remainder of the afternoon relaxing back at your accommodation before dinner at a local favourite, Taylor St Quarters.&nbsp;

Day 3

This morning, cast off on a scenic wildlife cruise through the 105 islands that make up the Recherche Archipelago. Each island has its own unique wildlife species and story. Dive in for a snorkel to see the wildlife below the water, then enjoy morning tea on deck. Lunch today will feature regional produce and will be served back on land. The afternoon is yours to relax or take a nature walk until we meet for an afternoon art class.

Unleash your inner artist during this afternoon&rsquo;s Bubbles and Brushes Art Class. Under the close guidance and instruction of a local artist and with a glass of bubbles in hand to help the creativity flow, you&rsquo;ll create your own masterpiece to take home.&nbsp;As the day draws to a close, enjoy sunset drinks paired with a grazing platter. Fresh seafood and local, seasonal produce is on the menu for tonight&rsquo;s dinner at Fish Face. One of the most exciting restaurants in Esperance, Fish Face is driven by family, food and a sense of place.

Day 4

Your final day begins with yin yoga before breakfast and check out. We&rsquo;ll then come together for a final closing ceremony, solidifying the mindfulness, peace and joy of new friends made over the last three days.&nbsp;

Spend the final hours of the tour meandering through Esperance. Peruse the local shops, explore a local art gallery or enjoy a coffee on the foreshore. The final stop on the tour is at Yirri Grove Olive Farm. Situated in a beautiful part of Esperance that mimics the Mediterranean weather and is perfect for growing the best olives, the farm provides an idyllic setting for your paddock to plate lunch. By 2.30pm, we&rsquo;ll make our way to the airport for your flight back to Perth where your tour ends. Namaste.

	This tour requires a 25% deposit per person for your booking to be confirmed. The balance is due 14 days before departure. If your booking is made within 14 days of the departure date, then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

	If the supplier accepts your booking, they will issue a confirmation invoice. A contract will exist from the date the supplier issues the confirmation invoice, or if you book within 14 days of departure, the contract will exist when the supplier accepts your payment. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date, the supplier reserves the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

	All passengers must complete an online check-in which includes a &lsquo;Fit for Travel&rsquo; self-declaration to confirm they are free from illness.&nbsp;Two days before your scheduled departure, you will be emailed a link to complete the online check-in for your tour. The online check-in is mandatory for all passengers and must be completed at the latest 24 hours before departure.&nbsp;

	Australia has many dangerous creatures, extreme weather conditions and often varying terrain. Safety is our number one priority, and all guides are highly trained to ensure passenger safety at all times. All passengers participating in our tours do so at their own risk, and no responsibility can be accepted by Untamed Escapes for any loss, injury or accident. Passengers are responsible for any additional costs involved should such instances occur. All passengers will be required to sign a liability waiver before departure.

	Passengers under the age of 18 years old need to be accompanied by an adult or caregiver. While all care is taken, the responsibility of children on tour rests entirely with the parent or caregiver. All passengers, including children, must always wear shoes, wear sunblock and hats. Please note that the supplier accepts children of all ages travelling on our group and private charter tours. Passengers 12 years and under at the time of departure are charged at 80% of the adult rate.

	If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced, the supplier are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.

	If a tour is cancelled due to a Force Majeure Event, the supplier&nbsp;can offer you a choice of:

&nbsp;(a) a 110% credit of monies paid for your trip; or

&nbsp;(b) a refund minus unrecoverable costs.

	If the cancellation due to a Force Majeure Event occurs after a trip has commenced, the supplier&nbsp;can offer you a choice of a pro-rata:

&nbsp;(a) 110% credit for the days that remain on your trip; or

&nbsp;(b) refund minus unrecoverable costs of the days that remain on your trip.

	Any credit resulting from cancellation under the&nbsp;Force Majeure&nbsp;clause does not have an expiry date and may be applied towards any other available tour offered by the supplier.&nbsp;The credit is not redeemable for cash.

	In such circumstances, there will be no claim for damages by either party against the other, and the supplier is not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking, including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.

	If you are unable to continue travelling with the supplier due to a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19, the supplier can offer you a travel credit for the unused days of your trip
