<h4>Day 1</h4>

&nbsp;

Your adventure begins with pick-ups from your Ayers Rock Resort accommodation in the late morning. You&#39;ll then head straight to Kata Tjuta for the chance to stretch your legs with the first walk of the day at Walpa Gorge.&nbsp;Marvel at the domes of Kata Tjuta while taking in sweeping views of the open plains on the return walk.

&nbsp;

Next, spend some time learning about the local&nbsp;Pitjantjatjara people at the Aboriginal Cultural Centre. The centre was built using&nbsp;90,000 mud bricks on a sacred site and has special&nbsp;meaning to the local Anangu people. In addition to learning about the area, you&#39;ll also have the chance to buy some locally made and authentic souvenirs.&nbsp;

Then, it&#39;s time to visit Uluru with the guided Mala Walk, which&nbsp;follows the northwest side of Uluru, where there are many fine examples of Anangu rock art. Your guide will share stories of the&nbsp;Anangu People while you marvel at the sheer vertical walls of this mesmerising monolith.&nbsp;

See more of Uluru with a trip to the back section for another guided walk to the&nbsp;Mutitjulu Waterhole. It&#39;s a short track and home of&nbsp;an ancestral water snake called Wanampi. Your guide will share stories of local traditions and explain how the waterhole was traditionally used for hunting by the&nbsp;Anangu people. Also, see caves containing incredible rock art.&nbsp;

Finish off your day with an unmissable Australian experience. Take in the marvellous changing colours of the landscape as the sun sinks over the horizon of&nbsp;Uluru, with a delicious barbecue dinner and glass of sparkling wine. It&#39;s a magical experience that you&#39;ll never forget. Finally, tuck yourself into bed at the five-star Sails in the Desert resort for a well-earned night of rest.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

It&#39;s an early morning rise to experience the majesty of a Red Centre sunrise for yourself. Today&#39;s adventure will take you to Kings Canyon, where you&#39;ll get a true sense of the remoteness of the Outback.&nbsp;Watch as the local wildlife wakes for the day and spot dromedary camels, kangaroos, brumbies and dingoes.

&nbsp;

Fill your hungry belly with a tasty cooked breakfast at Kings Creek Station. This massive camel and cattle station is set among the desert oaks and&nbsp;covers 1,800 square kilometres.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Then, get your blood flowing at Kings Canyon.&nbsp;Located in the heart of Watarrka National Park, it&#39;s an ancient Australian landscape 440 million years in the making and&nbsp;is sacred ground for the Ulpanyali and Lilla people. Discover soaring domes, plummeting plateaus, and natural oases full of native flora and fauna.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Choose from a variety of walking tracks. The iconic six-kilometre Rim Walk is a once in a lifetime experience. Climb up a 100-metre cliff face, walk around the canyon&#39;s rim, and marvel at impressive views of sandstone walls, grottos, chasms, and cliffs. This walk is best suited to participants with a high level of fitness.

Another option is The Garden of Eden,&nbsp;a tropical oasis with a natural spring waterhole surrounded by lush exotic plant life. You&#39;ll come across a natural spring waterhole surrounded by local and exotic plants and trees such as gums, bonsai looking trees and enormous prehistoric ferns, creating a truly unique landscape.

&nbsp;

Finally, the&nbsp;Creek Bed Walk is ideal if you&#39;re interested in something more relaxing. After leisurely taking in the sights, you&#39;ll set off on a two-kilometre stroll along the creek bed that leads to views of the impressive canyon rim.

&nbsp;

After the walks are complete, head back to Kings Canyon Resort for lunch (not included), with time to take a refreshing and cooling dip in the pool, or opt for a scenic helicopter flight&nbsp;(not included).&nbsp;

&nbsp;

At the end of the day, you&#39;ll be returned to your Ayers Rock Resort accommodation around 5:30 pm.&nbsp;
