What should I pack?
- Please keep your luggage size and weight to a minimum. One small soft-sided bag plus a day pack (no more than 15 kg in total per person) is essential due to limited space for luggage in our vehicles. We recommend against bringing hard/externally framed suitcases as they are difficult to store in the vehicle and can damage equipment and other travellers' belongings.
- You will have to be prepared for all weather extremes. You will be walking at alpine altitudes.

What is the weather like in this part of Tasmania?
Daily weather conditions in Tasmania can change very quickly from sunshine to rain. We suggest that you come prepared for all extremes, some light clothing for the sunshine and something a little more protective for the colder and possibly wet days.
Who will I room with if I am a solo traveller?
The tour pairs solo travellers with another traveller of the same gender as per your passport or the information we have in our booking system, so if you identify differently from the gender marker on your passport, please let us know in advance. There is Single Supplement available on most trips for travellers who prefer to have their own room.
Can the tour accomodate dietary requirements?
Yes they can provide easily available substitutes, please bring your own staples (nuts, bars, snacks) if you require a diet differing from the following:
