What to Expect

This epic pub crawl guided tour will take you to the best bars, lounges, and nightclubs in Hollywood. Dress to impress and party the night away at the best venues on Hollywood Blvd!

The crawl starts when you check in with your trained and professional party hosts, where you receive a wristband and kick off the start to the night with drink specials, party games (at most venues), and get to know fellow guests!

Your guide will take you to visit multiple venues in one night. You will receive VIP express, complimentary entry to all venues on the lineup, as the bouncer holds the line and lets you in, and unique drink specials are offered at many of the stops!

This is a guided tour, so you will have expert party host(s) with you the entire time, to ensure you have the most epic night possible.

Dress to impress! Venues reserve the right to reject any customers that do not adhere to their policies. Suggested attire for men: Nice jeans/slacks, button-up/collared shirt, dress shoes. For ladies, all shoes must have a strap around the heel. (Fashionable sandals are OK, as long as they have a hard sole and strap around the heel).
For colder months: Winter coats are generally NOT allowed into lounges/clubs. Most venues will require you to coat-check them at your expense. Most will not accept credit cards, so please bring cash if you plan on coat-checking.
What NOT to wear: athletic wear, baggy clothing, clothing with holes, steel-toed boots, sneakers, Jordans, running shoes, flip flops, or baseball hats.

Must be 21+ years old with a valid ID. Acceptable IDs: USA Government-issued ID or a Passport. Photocopies of licenses, expired licenses, and military IDs are not accepted. Most venues will NOT accept International Driver’s License.

Your host(s) will be waiting at the first venue to check you in, and they will stay with the group until approximately 30 minutes after arriving at the last venue on the lineup. During your crawl hours, you can call your host at the phone number provided‬. Please note they do NOT receive texts, only calls!

Gratuity is a huge part of the hospitality industry. A tip for your host between $5 - $10 per guest and a tip between $1 - $2 for bar staff per drink is suggested.

Hollywood crawls typically start at 9pm. Although you are encouraged to arrive at the start of the event to maximize your experience, check-in is allowed as late as 10pm. Check the lineup for schedule and times, as you might need to meet the tour at the second venue if you are arriving late.

As per California state law, all venues must stop serving alcohol at 2am, which means last call is typically around 1:30am.

The Operator reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel a tour due to any reason
Tour guests agree to drink responsibly and comply with all rules and regulations imposed by the licensee of each venue with respect to one’s consumption of alcohol in a responsible manner
The Operator assumes no responsibility for injuries, personal safety, delays caused by breakdowns, accidents, adverse weather conditions and other conditions beyond their control
The Operator is not responsible for any loss or damage to property
All tours are subject to minimum numbersur operator to check their requirements

Cancellation Policy:

Refund 30 days prior tour departure: full refund

Refund within 30 days of tour departure: credit for the amount you paid, provided The Operator's office is contacted 72 hours prior to the tour with the request

Refund within 72 hours of tour departure: nil refund or credit

This ticket is REQUIRED for entry to your crawl. Must arrive to pool crawl by 11:50am, mustarrive to night crawl by 10pm. Valid Identification required. Dress code enforced. Stay with thecrawl (you must stay with crawl to receive drink specials, expedited entry & no cover charges tovenues). This is a walking tour (some pool crawls include transportation, however night clubcrawls do not). ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Purchaser agrees to terms on behalf of all partymembers included on this ticket. The tour is a “21 plus tour” and the purchaser(s) warrants thatthey are over 21 years of age and have sufficient government-issued identification which does not falsely represent their age. Currently, the only identification accepted on the tour is: United States of America (USA) driver’s license, USA identification cards, or international passports. Some venues might accept international driver’s license in English, but that is at the discretionof the door. Copies of identification are strictly prohibited and will be rejected at the door. Dresscode is strictly enforced: NIGHT CLUBS: Dress to impress. Suggested attire for men: Nice jeans/slacks, button up/collared shirt, dress shoes. For ladies, all shoes must have a straparound the heel. (Dress sandals are OK, as long as they have hard soles and a strap aroundthe heel). Cocktail attire is suggested for ladies. What NOT to wear: athletic wear, baggyclothing, clothing with rips/tears/holes, steel toed boots, sneakers, Jordans, running shoes,Uggs, flip flops or baseball hats. POOL CRAWLS: Swim attire is required for entry. Men MUSTwear actual swim shorts. (Basketball shorts or cargo shorts are NOT allowed). Guest towels areprovided by the pools, personal towels are prohibited and will be rejected. Large bags &backpacks are not allowed. NIGHT SWIMS: You have the option of wearing either nightclubattire OR swim attire, however you can not mix and match. (For example, a man could not wearjean pants with sandals, but he could wear swim shorts and sandals.) Dress to impress, venuereserves the right to deny entry due to non-compliance of dress code. Tickets arenon-refundable, may not be resold at cost or premium, or used for advertising promotion orother commercial purposes, without our express consent. The purchaser(s) acknowledges that they are not entitled to a refund, replacement ticket or payment for any damages of any kind forany reason whatsoever from Epic Club Crawls LLC, including without limitation, cancellation,shortening or any other alteration to the tour. The purchaser(s) agrees to arrive at the startinglocation at the designated time. The purchaser(s) may not be able to gain entry into a venueand will forfeit VIP access and/or privileges if purchaser(s) arrives late to any of the venues.Purchaser(s) must enter with the group in order to receive a valid beverage ticket.Purchaser(s) must remain with the group at the designated venue until the end of the crawl orforfeits the right to rejoin. It is the responsibility of the purchaser(s) to be aware of the times thegroup is leaving for the next venue and to leave with the group in order to continue participation. When the club crawl group arrives at the last venue of the evening, the club crawl services havebeen completed; all staff is off duty and will be unable to assist with entry, lost property, issues, and/or complaints. The purchaser(s) agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the licensed venues and all directions from Epic Club Crawls LLC and any of its employees oragents or the licensed venue during the tour. The purchaser(s) may be removed from the licensed venue due to non-compliance with any such directions. The purchaser(s) understands that the nature of the tour may have risks and must take care at all times. The purchaser(s)expressly assumes all risk incidental to the tour, whether occurring prior to, during orsubsequent to the actual conduct of the tour, including but not limited to driving while intoxicated, physical altercations, mugging, etc., and hereby releases Epic Club Crawls LLC, and any other associated parties including all directors, officers, members, shareholders, owners, affiliates, employees and agents of each of the foregoing from any and all claims arising from the tour. The purchaser(s) grants Epic Club Crawls LLC the right to use any imageof the purchaser(s) in any live or recorded video display or any transmission or reproduction ofthe tour. All rights to broadcast, record, photograph, repeat, reproduce, or recreate the tour isreserved by Epic Club Crawls LLC. The purchaser(s) agree not to take any action, or causeothers to take any action, which would infringe on the rights under this clause of Epic ClubCrawls LLC. Any images or sound recordings you take during the tour with personal cameras, videos or audio equipment must only be used for private and domestic purposes and the purchaser(s) agrees that they will not sell, license, broadcast, publish, or otherwise commercially exploit them and in particular make available any footage, sound recording or series of still pictures taken at the event on the internet. The purchaser(s) agrees and acknowledges that they are responsible for their own safety andfor the safety and security of their property that they bring on the tour. The purchaser(s) acknowledges that Epic Club Crawls LLC or the licensee to be visited as part of this tour may refuse the purchaser(s) entry into, or remove them from, the venue if they do not obey these terms and conditions, or interfere with the enjoyment, comfort, or safety of other patrons at the premises or on the tour, or they are generally in breach of any rules or regulations with respectto one’s license to enter such venue. These ticket conditions may be supplemented by further oral conditions that Epic Club Crawls LLC provides to the purchaser(s) before and during theoperation of the tour. The purchaser(s) acknowledges that Epic Club Crawls LLC has no claimsor interest in any license venue and that have no responsibility for the purchaser(s)’s actions norany actions of the licensee, its employees or agents and the purchaser(s) agrees andacknowledges that upon entry into such licensed venue, one must comply with all rules andconditions imposed by that licensee with respect to one’s entry into those premises. The purchaser(s) agrees and acknowledges that Epic Club Crawls LLC endorses the responsible service of alcohol and the purchaser(s) agrees to drink responsibly and comply with all rulesand regulations imposed by the licensee of each venue with respect to one’s consumption ofalcohol in a responsible manner and acknowledge that such rules and regulation are enforced by and monitored by the Las Vegas Metro Police Department and that all actions of the purchaser(s) are subject to the normal laws relating thereto. The purchaser(s) acknowledgesthat their purchase of the ticket constitutes their acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If this ticket was purchased on your behalf, you warrant that the purchaser acted on your behalf and that you accepted the above terms. If you have purchased this ticket on behalf of other members of a group, you acknowledge that you have acted as the group’s agent and have authority to accept the terms and conditions of this ticket on their behalf. By purchasing this ticket, purchaser(s) hereby acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed tothe above terms and conditions.
