	<li>Force Majeure for the purposes of this Agreement will be defined narrowly to only include acts of terrorism, civil disorder, earthquake, epidemics, fire, flood, labour disputes, lockouts, natural disaster, an outbreak of disease, or any travel bans or restrictions (including blocks on non-essential travel) issued by the World Health Organisation or any governmental authority, quarantine restrictions, riot, strikes, war.</li>
