Needless to say, this tour is for experienced riders only.&nbsp;

Cancellation Policy: 
- Cancellations with more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. 
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours are not eligible for a refund. 
- Reservations made less than 48 hours prior to the excursion are not eligible for a refund. 
 
Changes: 
- G-Force Adventures as the tour operator, reserves the right to adjust/change the pick-up time, tour time, or tour date, according to the operation, based on different factors such as wheater, occupancy, and others. 
- Changes are allowed up to 12 hours before the excursion, subject to availability. 
 
No show: 
- In case the customer doesn&#39;t show up on time, no refund or change will apply. 
 
Free Transportation / Pick up: 
- Our reservation agents will send a personalized email with your pick up time after we receive your online order. (Working days: Mon-Sun 8:00-20:00 hrs) 
- The customer must be ready at the meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to pick up time. 
- Keep in mind we offer free shared transportation which can get delayed due to external situations such as traffic, wheater conditions, local events, or others. In case we have any of this situation, we will keep you informed on time. 
 
Own Transportation / No pick up needed: 
- Our transportation service is optional, in case you decide to use your own transportation or drive your own vehicle, please arrive at G-Force Adventures 10 minutes before the excursion time. 
- It&#39;s important that you inform us in case you don&#39;t need transportation.
