	<li>If a cancellation is made within 24 hours&rsquo; notice, the client will not under any circumstances be entitled to any refund of the applicable Fee upon the client&rsquo;s cancellation of a tour, or a reschedule, or a gift card.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>If the client has made no contact prior to the commencement of any tour, and does not attend the first 10 minutes of a tour, the clientwill not under any circumstances be entitled to any refund of the applicable Fee or rescheduling.&nbsp;</li>

The tour operates in rain, hail or shine &ndash; until the hot weather policy kicks in. If a day&rsquo;s forecast is a temperature of&nbsp;44 degrees Celsius&nbsp;or higher 12-24 hours before any tour begins, it will be cancelled and notification will be sent out. Walkers will be contacted for the option of a refund or rescheduling.

Yes, all tours are accessible &ndash; there is flat terrain on all regular tours, and on private tours there are buildings we visit that are all accessible by lift.
