Be prepared for a full day of adventurous travelling through the southern parts of Queensland! This tour leads you to the natural highlights of the Springbrook and Tamborine National Parks, gorgeous reserves that are home to caves, gorges, and rare flora and fauna.

This full-on day starts at 7.45 am in the bustling centre of Brisbane, but after less than an hour of driving, you&rsquo;re surrounded by nothing but pristine nature.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

One of the best parts of this extraordinary day tour is a rainforest walk in Springbrook National Park. Follow the guide through the thick bushes, and keep an eye open for elusive animals like the rainforest wallaby and the goanna.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

You&rsquo;ll take a break at the Natural Bridge, a one-of-a-kind feature of Springbrook National Park. This hollow rock formation is carved out by the force of a waterfall and is now a spectacular photo stop.&nbsp;

This tour continues with a drive through the picture-perfect Numinbah Valley, an area with lush forests and quaint villages.&nbsp;

You&rsquo;ll be able to enjoy free time in the little town of Mount Tamborine, where you can explore the art galleries and boutique shops at the Gallery Walk, or quickly hop by a winery.&nbsp;

From the cosy streets of Mount Tamborine, it&rsquo;s a short drive to the next marvel of this itinerary. The man-made cave on the Cedar Creek Estate is home to numerous glowworms. Watch the sparkling lights of these small creatures, while the guide explains about their life and behaviour.&nbsp;

The adventure is not over yet, as you head to Curtis Falls for a short forest walk and a lookout point that reveals the beautiful waterfall.

After a jam-packed, 8,5 hour journey, you&rsquo;ll be dropped off in Margaret Street in downtown Brisbane.
