Visit 2 distilleries and 2 breweries in Northern NSW and the Byron Bay region and enjoy tasting paddles of craft beer and bespoke spirits.&nbsp;The exact destinations will vary with availability, but all the venues are experts at their craft, and each boasts a unique and welcoming atmosphere.&nbsp;

Visit a sustainable&nbsp;micro-distillery&nbsp;at&nbsp;Lord Byron Distillery. Head behind the scenes, enjoy&nbsp;a quick tour of the distilling process and taste their unique craft spirits. Alternatively, the tour will visit Cape Byron Distillery, hidden in a rainforest and famous for Brookies&nbsp;Macadamia Liquor&nbsp;for a taste of local gins and liquors. Meanwhile,&nbsp;Husk Distillery was inspired by the diverse and vibrant rum culture of the Caribbean islands&nbsp;and is now Australia&#39;s only boutique sugar plantation and Agricole rum distillery.&nbsp;

Then, expand your taste buds by sampling seasonal flavours with local ingredients that make incredible IPAs, Red Ales, Lagers, Pale Ales, and taproom only releases. The breweries the tour might visit include Stone &amp; Wood Brewery, which was founded in 2008 by three mates and is now one of the largest and oldest craft breweries in the region.&nbsp;Wandana Brewing Co is located in Mullumbimby, and their taproom has excellent views of&nbsp;Mount Chincogan, with live music on Friday, Saturdays, &amp; Sundays. Finally,&nbsp;Earth Beer Company is nestled on an old avocado farm in the picturesque hinterland town of Cudgen, overlooking Mt Warning.

We reserve the right to at any time increase or decrease the advertised prices in relation to our tours. 
Bookings &ndash; in order to be booked on the tour you must receive a confirmation email, if you don&rsquo;t receive one then you&rsquo;re not booked on the tour. 
All Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. 
Any extra drinks or food not listed in the inclusions will need to be paid for by the guests or third party. 
If you miss the tour on the day no refund will be given. 
Price is quoted in Australian dollars 3% credit card surcharge applies for Visa &amp; MasterCard which covers transaction/overseas credit card fees. We do not accept diners, AMEX or travellers&rsquo; cheques.

Cancellations or Changes by Guest

	<li>Our Cancellation and Refund policy is as follows:
	<ul>
		<li>If for any reason you need to cancel your tour, please notify The Operator as soon as possible via phone or email</li>
		<li>A cancellation fee of 100% will apply for tours cancelled less than 72 hours prior to tour departure. If you need to cancel due to a Covid-19 lockdown, sickness or any issue Covid related, a credit will be issued for a later date within a 1-year period.</li>
		<li>In regards to 72 hours or less there will be no refunds distributed.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Cancellation or Changes made by &lsquo;us&rsquo;
	<ul>
		<li>The Operator reserves the right to cancel or change tours due to operation and circumstances beyond our control.</li>
		<li>We operate tours in working breweries; however, we cannot guarantee that all elements of the brewing process will be operating at the time of the tour/s.</li>
		<li>All of our tours require a minimum of (4) guests to commence, if the minimum amount is not reached, we reserve the right to change or cancel any booking.</li>
		<li>In the event of weather that makes it impossible to carry out the activity safely, an alternative activity may be given and if one alternative is not suitable then cancellation will occur and a refund will be given.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>If we cancel a tour, we will endeavour to do one of the following:
	<ul>
		<li>Rebook you for another date or tour (Subject to availability).</li>
		<li>Transfer your booking to another person.</li>
		<li>Refund your payment.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
</ol>

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or as agreed in writing by The Operator only.

</ul>

Disabilities

<ul>
	<li>The Operator is not equipped for wheelchair access, however, if someone has a visual or hearing disability, we are happy to discuss this further and make allowances (feel free to phone with your enquiries).</li>
</ul>

Service of Alcohol

<ul>
	<li>The Operator does not condone excessive drinking or binge drinking and promote the responsible service of alcohol.</li>
	<li>All guests must abide by all state and federal laws regarding lawful drinking practices including but not limited to, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws, the consumption of alcohol in public places, in-vehicle consumption of &lsquo;bring your own&rsquo; (BYO) alcohol.</li>
	<li>Any guest who consumes, or is suspected of consuming alcohol in a non-licensed area will be removed from the tour, and will not be entitled to any refund.</li>
	<li>Service of alcohol may be refused to persons deemed intoxicated.</li>
	<li>As The Operator visits licensed premises where alcohol is served it is your responsibility to carry a valid passport, driver&rsquo;s license, proof of age card, or another suitable form of identification.</li>
	<li>Any alcohol purchased on the Tour is to remain on the bus and may not be taken into the breweries.</li>
</ul>

Behaviour

<ul>
	<li>You are responsible for your own behaviour.</li>
	<li>Uncontrollable and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.</li>
	<li>Any legal action (including fines) taken against a person on the tour, or against The Operator because of actions due to a guest, will be the sole responsibility of the guest alone.</li>
	<li>We highly recommend not to drive after engaging in one of our tours and to arrange alternative transport.</li>
	<li>Guests are solely responsible for any damages incurred at any of the premises we visit, and to the property of The Operator.</li>
	<li>Sexual harassment of any kind will strictly not be tolerated by any member of our staff.</li>
	<li>A minimum fee of $200 will occur in the event there are large amounts of spillage or vomit on any of our tours.</li>
	<li>We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages that are incurred.</li>
	<li>Smoking is not permitted on any of our transport.</li>
	<li>We are not responsible for the behaviour of other venues and providers.</li>
	<li>When sitting on as a passenger, the seat belt must be worn at all times during the day.</li>
	<li>The Bus driver will inform you during the day and at the start of the day, but it is the passenger&rsquo;s responsibility to use the safety belt. All passengers are required by Australian law to wear seat belts at all times as a passenger on a tourist bus.</li>
</ul>

Timing &amp; Itinerary

<ul>
	<li>In the event you have lost property on one of our tours we will attempt to contact you straight away, however, if you notice that you have lost something please contact us immediately so we can search lost property, we will hold the item/s for a period of 3 months.</li>
	<li>Departure, you must be 10 minutes early as the bus needs to keep a tight schedule for the pickup run.</li>
	<li>We will not offer reimbursement or partial reimbursement in the event that a guest has failed to meet us at one of our pick-up points.</li>
	<li>We are not responsible for the late arrival to a venue on one of our tours.</li>
	<li>Personal Belongings, whilst every care is taken, we accept no responsibility for belongings left unattended in the vehicle.</li>
	<li>We reserve the right to change a route or itinerary, inclusions, amend times, days and fares for its tours if necessary or withdraw without notice.</li>
</ul>

Publicity

<ul>
	<li>Images and video footage may be taken throughout our tours and may be used on our website for publicity purposes.</li>
	<li>We may also share the content on social media platforms if required.</li>
	<li>By engaging in our tours, you agree for this to occur.</li>
</ul>

Privacy

<ul>
	<li>The Operator will need to collect information from you some of which may be of a personal nature, in order to provide a service to you.</li>
	<li>Information may be disclosed to, or collected on behalf of our service providers, and will not be used for any other service.</li>
</ul>

Guest Release and The Operator Liability

<ul>
	<li>Each guest releases The Operator, its employees and agents from liability or loss or injury to the client from any cause, and whether due to the negligence of The Operator or any other person.</li>
	<li>Each guest releases The Operator from all sums of money, accounts, claims, actions, proceedings, demands and expenses which the client at any time may have against The Operator for or by reason or in respect of any act, cause, matter or thing.</li>
	<li>Each guest indemnifies The Operator Against:</li>
	<li>All losses incurred by The Operator.</li>
	<li>All liabilities incurred by The Operator.</li>
	<li>All costs actually payable by The Operator to its own legal representatives (whether or not subject to a costs agreement) and other expenses incurred by The Operator in connection with a demand, action, arbitration or other proceedings (including mediation, compromise, out of court settlement or appeal); as a result of or in connection with any act or omission of the client.</li>
	<li>We recommend all travellers have adequate travel insurance in the event of delay, illness and loss of property which may result in failure to join or complete our tour.</li>
</ul>

The Operator Discretion

<ul>
	<li>The Operator may use its absolute discretion in exercising any of the rights granted to it pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.</li>
</ul>

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

<ul>
	<li>The law of Queensland and NSW governs these standard Terms and Conditions. The Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and of the Commonwealth of Australia and NSW and of the Commonwealth of Australia</li>
</ul>

Force Majeure

<ul>
	<li>Force Majeure, Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we will not accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of &ldquo;force majeure&rdquo;. In these booking conditions, &ldquo;force majeure&rdquo; means any event or the consequences of which, we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events are not limited to but may include actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, volcanic activity, seismic activity, fire, pandemics, epidemics and all similar events, natural or manmade, outside our control or that of our agents or suppliers.</li>
</ul>

	<li>Tour times and itineraries&nbsp;are subject to brewery or distillery hours, operations in the venue, weather or traffic conditions &amp; The Operator reserves the right to change or alter any tour</li>
	<li>Whilst every care is taken, The Operator accepts no responsibility for belongings left unattended in the vehicle</li>
	<li>Pick up locations must be confirmed 14 hours prior to tour departure. Trips run on a schedule and it is required that all customers arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes prior to pick up time</li>
	<li>All passengers are required by Australian law to wear seat belts at all times as a passenger on a tourist bus</li>
	<li>All passengers are required&nbsp;to bring ID as you must be 18 or old to drink alcohol in Australia. Any drunken behaviour that affects anyone on the trip or the guide or puts anyone in danger, will be removed from the trip immediately with no refund</li>
	<li>The tour is not weather dependent, so&nbsp;trips are not cancelled or refunded due to poor or rainy conditions unless safety is an issue</li>
