The Supplier offers niche accommodation which is unique and immersed within the beautiful nature of Tropical Far North Queensland. Accommodation is private and will not be shared unless the booking is made for specific groups travelling together, wishing to share.

Day one begins with a visit to the iconic Babinda Boulders, a popular swimming hole with its cascading waterfalls and great history &ndash; the perfect place for a refreshing dip surrounded by lush rainforest. The adventure continues when you journey to the Heritage Listed Paronella Park. With splendid waterfalls bursting from Mena Creek, this historical castle is a true jewel in the rainforest. Feeling hungry? Time to indulge in a local lunch at the extraordinary Mungalli Farmhouse.

The group will then make their way through the diverse landscape of the Atherton Tablelands to the remarkable Milla Milla Waterfall Circuit. After a visit to&nbsp;three spectacular waterfalls,&nbsp;unwind and relax with an overnight stay at Malanda Lodge.

Departing your accommodation early on Day 2, you&#39;ll then head to Herberton Village Museum. After exploring a collection of historical buildings, you&#39;ll venture to the man-made Crystal Caves and journey through&nbsp;tunnels built to feature million-year-old natural crystals and prehistoric fossils.

Day 3 of your trip includes a visit to the Chillagoe Caves as well as the Granite Gorge, plus a&nbsp;tour of the limestone caves at the Chillagoe-Montana National Park. Considered a haven for wildlife, Chillagoe includes dozens of unique bird and animal species. The Chillagoe Caves have even revealed&nbsp;fossilised bones belonging to crocodiles, as well as extinct giant kangaroos and wombats who roamed the land years ago.

Following Chillagoe the tour moves onwards to Mossman Gorge to enjoy the&nbsp;large granite boulders that are surrounded by beautiful rainforest. Then, cross the Daintree River on the famous cable ferry and adventure through the Daintree Rainforest to Alexandra Lookout.&nbsp;Providing picture-perfect views of where the Daintree Rainforest and Great Barrier Reef meet, you&#39;ll&nbsp;stay at the unique Ferntree Rainforest Lodge&nbsp;where you will also enjoy a meal at the&nbsp;Cassowary Restaurant surrounded by the beautiful jungle.

Experience the wonder of a gigantic 500-year-old fig tree on Day 4 of&nbsp;your trip, before crossing the cool, clear waters of Emmagen Creek. Then, venture onto the treacherous Bloomfield Track and explore the cascading Wujal Wujal Waterfalls. The adventure continues up to the historic Cooktown to the imposing mountain range Black Mountain made up of massive granite boulders. Home to&nbsp;unique wildlife and rich in Aboriginal culture, there&#39;s so much waiting to be explored here! Then, refresh and unwind with lunch and drinks in Cooktown Village and watch the sunset at the Grassy Hill lookout. Finish the day with an overnight stay at local Cooktown accommodation.

Your final day on the tour will see you journey back to Cairns or Port Douglas, but not before&nbsp;stopping off at various secluded beaches and swimming holes. Here, you will have the opportunity for a swim, should you wish to go for a refreshing dip before returning home.

Itinerary Times &amp; Vehicles

Liabilities &amp; Amendment Fees

	<li>Far North Escapes will provide a credit voucher equal to the value of the monies paid for a tour booking if an event occurs that is outside of our control. This voucher will be valid for a period of 24 months from the original tour departure date and can be used for any Far North Escapes travel experience. Amendment fees from third parties may apply, and passengers who cancel will be advised to contact their booking agent for a refund. Any passengers booked directly that are eligible for a refund will be processed within 5 days. All visitors should have travel insurance for these unforeseen circumstances.</li>
</ul>

Payment Receipt &amp; Tour Vouchers

	<li>You will receive a payment receipt email shortly after payment has been processed prior to Far North Escapes tour commencement. Your vouchers for day tours will be emailed to you within 48 hours of booking, while overnight tours and packages may take up to 7 days. Receipts/Vouchers will have a QR code for yourself to be presented to tour and accommodation companies/suppliers on the day of travel and/or arrival, and a copy of your voucher will also be sent to the operator.</li>
</ul>

Deposit Policy

	<li>Payment must be made at the time of booking to guarantee 25% of the tour fare per person.</li>
</ul>

Payment Options

	<li>Payments are accepted by credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, direct deposit or AMEX, and are only accepted in AUS dollars. Payment by credit card will incur a surcharge, which varies depending on credit card type. It is your responsibility to advise the correct credit card type to ensure the appropriate surcharge is applied, and the surcharge applied shall not be refundable. If payment is not received from the card issuer or its agents for any reason, you agree to pay all amounts due immediately on demand.</li>

Personal belongings

Number of guests

	<li>Pre-booked guests should not exceed the number of guests booked, unless approved by management.</li>

Dispute Resolution

<ul>
	<li>Far North Escapes and a Passenger agree that formal proceedings in a Court or Tribunal will not commence until after the parties provide written notice specifying the nature of the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved within 7 days, the parties agree to refer the dispute to mediation administered by the Australian Disputes Centre and conducted in accordance with the ADC Guidelines for Commercial Mediation. If there is no resolution within 30 days, formal proceedings may be commenced.</li>
</ul>

Authority to Remove or Refuse Participants

<ul>
	<li>Far North Escapes may require passengers to leave the tour or disembark if they are deemed dangerous to others or to themselves, have engaged in, are engaged in, or are threatening to engage in behaviour that may adversely affect the safety, security, comfort, enjoyment, or well-being of other participants, suppliers, or The Far North Escapes Tour guides, including behaviour that is disruptive, verbally abusive, physically abusive, obnoxious, harassing, discriminatory, or obscene. In the event you are removed, you may be left at any city or place the vehicle stops at or calls without any liability to the company or its representatives. The company will not be responsible for expenses for lodging, medical care, meals, transportation, or any other expenses incurred by you.</li>
</ul>

Luggage Limits

<ul>
	<li>Passengers are entitled to take one medium size suitcase or soft bag weighing no more than 16 kg, with the sum of each case&#39;s width, length and depth not exceeding 150cm. They may also take one hand-luggage item to be stored in the overhead luggage racks, with the weight of hand luggage not exceeding 3 kg per person. Luggage limits are enforced on every tour and excess baggage is at the passenger&#39;s risk.</li>
</ul>

Agency Tour Bookings

<ul>
	<li>Far North Escapes can act as an agent on behalf of tour operators (the Tour Operator) in the provision of some tour booking services (the Agent Tour Booking Service). Agency tours are ultimately fulfilled by the applicable Tour Operator according to their terms &amp; conditions, and Far North Escapes terms &amp; conditions will apply. Different terms will apply to different tours and any other booked components. The operation of the tour is entirely the responsibility of the Tour Operator, and the customer will not be responsible for any loss resulting from the customer&#39;s booking of or participation in that tour. Payments made to the Tour Operator include payments for the Tour Operator in return for the tour as well as for the provision of the agent tour Booking Service.</li>
</ul>

Breach of Terms &amp; Conditions
