• Stowable for Landing: While your selfie-stick does not need to fit completely inside a pocket, it should be able to retract enough to be stowed away safely for landing. If it can't be fully pocketed, it should at least not protrude significantly so as to ensure safety and prevent any potential hazards.

As per the tour operators Terms and Conditions, you're more than welcome to join on a hot air balloon flight if you are less than 13 weeks pregnant. This can be a wonderful way to celebrate and remember this special time in your life.

However, for those who are 13 weeks pregnant or more, we're unable to accommodate you on our flights due to safety considerations.

Regardless of your pregnancy stage, we strongly encourage that you consult with your doctor before making a reservation with us. Every pregnancy is unique, and your and your baby's health and safety are of the utmost importance to us.

It is your responsibility to seek this medical advice and adhere to our terms and conditions, always prioritizing your wellbeing.

We dont have weight restrictions for our flights but we do ask that anyone over 100kg advises at the time of booking to assist us with our flight allocations. 

We recommend you you wear casual comfortable  layered clothing and flat enclosed shoes on the day of your flight, also you can wear a hat and sunglasses. White clothing is not recommended. Please keep in mind that the basket is 1.2mts in height with two footholds in the side to use as a step ladder to climb into and out of the basket.

The minimum age for participating in a hot air balloon ride is 3yrs old. Children between 3yrs and 5yrs require proof of age with either a picture of their passport or birth certificate to show the driver on the morning. 

Unfortunately we cannot accomodate for wheelchair access as all passengers must climb into the 1.2m basket unassisted and stand for the whole duration of the flight. It is a safety requirement by CASA in case of an emergency. 

No, you will receive a voucher for Lemoncello's for a 3-course meal. This must be used within 14 days of the day of your flight, and you will need to make a reservation directly with the restaurant.

Additional food and beverages ordered that are not covered by the voucher are payable direct to Lemoncello's.

The voucher cannot be used on Christmas Day or January 1st.

The voucher is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be resold.

Any additional food or drink not covered by the voucher must be paid for directly at the restaurant.

The voucher can be used on a walk-in basis. However, the restaurant may be busy at times, particularly during dinner hours (6 PM to 8 PM), so we recommend making a reservation in advance.

When making a reservation by phone, please say, "I would like to make a reservation for lunch with a Hot Air voucher, please."
