	<li>Child fares apply for ages 4-16. There is no charge for infants (age 0-3) but they must be pre-booked.</li>
	<li>The tour operator reserves the right to change fares or itineraries to suit prevailing conditions. They cannot guarantee weather conditions on the date of travel this includes in water visibility. Tours are operated in wet weather. However, where flooding and associated dangers occur preventing access to tour routes, management may refuse the right to conduct tours at its discretion.</li>
	<li>Travelling on the open water carries an inherent risk and we will not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise to any passenger and/or belongings whether because of the tour operator&#39;s negligence or otherwise.</li>
	<li>Snorkelling Policy: It should be acknowledged that snorkelling can be a strenuous activity. The tour operator requests passengers to always advise their crew of any medical conditions and use caution while in the water. All passengers will be requested to complete a medical declaration prior to entering the water and where required wear a flotation device.</li>

Hotel Pick-up: This tour includes convenient hotel pick-up from Cairns CBD hotels commencing at&nbsp;9am. Simply select your preferred pick-up location when bookings.

Self-drive: If you prefer to self-drive, please allow time for the drive and check in at Deeral by&nbsp;10am. Please allow at least 45 minutes along the Bruce Highway. Approximately 15 minutes after tGordonvale, you&#39;ll get to the township of Deeral. Stay on the Bruce Highway until you see Ross Road on your left. If you see the actual service station, you&#39;ve gone too far. Parking is available on-site. The address is&nbsp;Frankland Islands &amp; Reef Cruise Jetty,&nbsp;169 Ross Rd, Deeral, QLD.

The transfer vessel departs Deeral at&nbsp;10.15 am&nbsp;and returns to Deeral at approximately&nbsp;2.30 pm
