You will need your ID, which should match the credit card you booked with, and proof of local residency if you&#39;ve booked a local&#39;s rate. Residency can be proven through an ID with an address, or a utility bill matching the name on the reservation.

Cairns is located in Tropical North Queensland so the water temperature is very pleasant all year round. Approximate average water temperatures throughout the year are:

With the helicopter, children 0-2 yrs travel free. 3 year olds have to pay $399 for this tour.

Fly out to the Moore Reef pontoon from Cairns, an express journey to the reef which takes approximately 25 minutes.

&nbsp;

With 1.5+ hours at the pontoon, you can take part in an array of included activities like snorkelling or a glass bottom boat ride.

&nbsp;

After you&rsquo;ve seen the reef up close, its time to see the Reef from above again with a breathtaking helicopter flight back to Cairns airport.

	<li>Family: discounted fares may apply for selected products, specifically valid for 2 adults + 2 children. *Due to Aviation regulations for packages including Helicopter flights the Infant age is 0-2 years &amp; child 3-13 years. (Fare payable for helicopter component only).</li>
	<li>Check-in &amp; collection of boarding passes must be completed at the Sunlover Cruises desk inside the Reef Terminal at Cairns Marina (located corner of Spence St &amp; Pier Point Road). Passengers failing to check-in on time&nbsp;may miss final boarding.Boarding will be denied without a valid boarding pass and passengers failing to present by close of check-in may miss the tour.</li>
	<li>For any un-returned or damaged snorkelling equipment, a fee equal to the current replacement value for the un-returned/ damaged snorkelling equipment will be payable at the end of the tour</li>
	<li>All helicopter operations are conducted by Nautilus Aviation Pty Ltd in accordance with their terms and conditions which may differ to the tour operator. *(Notably minimum cancellation period for cancellation of flights is 48 hours). Individual body weight of each passenger must be advised at the time of booking. As of the 1st of July 2023, guests departing Cairns by helicopter will be subject to a $7AUD EMC charge to be paid per person in full to Nautilus Aviation at the time of boarding. Cash or EFTPOS is accepted.</li>
	<li>All hotel transfers are conducted by Excellence Coaches at an additional cost per passenger in accordance with their terms and conditions which may differ to the tour operator. Please be waiting outside reception your accommodation to meet the driver, passengers whom miss their transfer will be required to make their own alternate arrangements. (Transfer fees are non refundable).</li>
