Hop on our original open-air tour bus as we cruise through the streets of Darwin and take in all the top spots of this amazing city, from the historic Palmerston Town to WWII storage tunnels, the Fannie Bay Gaol and the Darwin Botanic Gardens

We kick off our fun filled Darwin day trip with pick up from your accommodation at 9am. Uncover the fascinating history and culture of the Northern Territories region from the Aborigine tribes and the European settlers to the modern day.

Settle back in our comfortable open-air vehicle or our fancy air conditioned minivan as we tour the streets of Darwin. Our friendly local driver will provide a full commentary as we cruise through the city, taking in the devastation of Cyclone Tracy, marvelling at the majesty of Darwin’s Harbour and stopping off to see Sweetheart at the Northern Territories Museum and Art Gallery

Discovered by John Lort Stokes in 1839, the historic city of Darwin was named after the British evolutionist Charles Darwin. The dramatic history of this amazing city is short and dramatic, including the Overland Telegraph, the gold rush, crocodiles, uranium mining, WWII bombings and Cyclone Tracy.

Our first stop takes in the beautiful and historical Palmerston Town before we go onto visit Parliament House. Uncover the intriguing military history of Darwin with the Defence of Darwin Experience at the Darwin Military Museum and the old WWII oil storage tunnels found under the city. Next up, we discover the incredible beauty of this old city with the Darwin Waterfront and the Darwin Botanical Gardens before we stop off in the Northern Territories Museum and Art Gallery

Round off an incredible day of sightseeing with a drop into Fannie Bay Gaol, the Aviation Heritage Centre and then an optional visit to the Qantas Aircraft Hanger (Monday- Friday). Weekend trips will also include a visit to the amazing Parap markets for some delicious food and a spot of shopping before we drop you back at your Darwin accommodation in the late afternoon.
