It doesn&rsquo;t matter how tall you are we just recommend that you are at least 4yrs old. We do allow some 3yrs old children onboard if the parents feel that the child will enjoy the fast ride and spins.

You are going on a jetboat so you are going to get wet anyway&hellip; so if it is raining YES we still operate. We do very closely watch the real-time weather radars and if there is any chance of dangerous weather then we may delay or cancel trips. &nbsp;

Nothing. Just be ready to have some serious fun!&nbsp;It may be a good idea to slap on some sunscreen and have a big drink of water before your ride in the beautiful summer months (Dec &ndash; Feb).

Nothing. Unfortunately, you are not permitted to take anything on board, for two reasons &ndash; we need you holding on at all times, and if someone drops something and it hits you in the head that would be dangerous&hellip;. we are just trying to protect you.

We have storage boxes where you can store all of your belongings that are locked and under CCTV while you are on your ride.

We take many people with many disabilities on the jet boat ride. If you are in a wheelchair we can help you into the boat, we just require you to be able to use your hands to hold on.

Accessibility is a priority for Paradise Jet Boating, and they have taken steps to ensure that their facilities and services are accessible to all. The marina offers two accessible car spaces located approximately 25 meters from the departure terminal, with two additional reserved car spaces directly in front of the terminal. Customers can enter the office by a ramp, with a minimum opening width of 122cm in the departure terminal area. During the trip, customers can store their bags and belongings securely, with space available for strollers, wheelchairs, and other accessibility aids.

Passenger safety instructions are available in written format in English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, making it easier for those who are deaf or hard of hearing, or those who may not speak English as their first language to understand. To board the vessel, customers must travel down a declining ramp that is 80cm wide at its narrowest point. Assistance can be provided if necessary, and all boat drivers are trained in first aid and CPR. The marina has male and female public toilets, including one unisex accessible toilet.

While service animals are welcome in the departure terminal, they are unable to accompany customers on the boat. However, Paradise Jet Boating staff are happy to supervise them in the office during the ride.

Carers card holders can avail of a 50% discount when accompanying their companion on the jet boat. The Purchaser must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings given by The Operator, including but not limited to, the use of all safety equipment provided and safety procedures. 10. Passengers may get wet and are advised not to carry valuable property that may be damaged. The Purchaser is responsible for his or her own personal property. Safe storage areas are available. 11. The Purchaser must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by the activities conducted by The Operator. The Purchaser must seek medical advice if uncertain. Any Purchaser, who is pregnant, suffers from back, neck or heart conditions, or has previous injuries are strongly advised not to ride The Operator&#39;s vessels and should consult with the booking office or skipper before boarding. 12. Children Purchasers must be 14 years of age or under to receive a ticket at the child&#39;s rates. 13. A Family is deemed to be 2 Adults Purchasers and 2 Children Purchasers. 14. An adult Purchaser must accompany children under 10 years of age. 15. The Operator reserves the right to add, withdraw, substitute and or vary advertised routes, vessels, prices, departures times and trip duration and accepts no responsibility for any loss or additional expenses arising from changes, delays or cancellations of the services and activities. 16. The Operator reserves the right to cancel any service as a result of weather conditions, insufficient reservations or any other unforeseen event or circumstances. 17. Refunds are entirely at the discretion of The Operator. 18. 24hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule a pre-booking. If less than 24hrs notice is given, cancellation charges will apply. Ticket holders who &#39;No Show&#39; without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund. 19. Any photographs or videos taken by the Purchaser must be for the Purchaser&#39;s personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without the express written consent from The Operator is strictly prohibited. Any images taken of The Operator vessels and passengers may be used at any time for security, sales or promotional purposes. 20. This voucher is non-transferable. 21. This voucher is based on fares and tariffs which are, to the best knowledge of The Operator, correct at the time of issue. Any increases since the date of issue are at the cost of the Purchaser. 22.
