Boarding the Vessel:

Aquaduck Safaris offers an exciting adventure on the water, but please note that the Aquaduck is not wheelchair friendly. However, if assistance is available for boarding, the wheelchair can be safely stored at the departure office. Customers need to climb six steps to board the Aquaduck, and there are rope handrails on each side to assist with boarding.

The safety of our passengers is a top priority at Aquaduck Safaris. All our boat drivers are trained in First Aid and CPR, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.

Located on the corner of Beach Road and Ferny Avenue in Surfers Paradise, six spots are available on the ground floor past the Beach Road entry, and six spots are on lower level 1, just in front of the lifts. All vehicles must display a current disabled parking label, including interstate and overseas labels, which are accepted. Vehicles with a valid disabled parking permit will be exempt from fees.
