Designed to give you the opportunity to witness some of the most unique sites in Melbourne, the entire downstream trip past The Port and Docklands provides a great introduction to Melbourne's famous Yarra River as well as a fascinating insight into the history of the Docks.
Discover the routes of the early settlers through the panoramic windows, as you spend an hour cruising through Melbourne's CBD.
Leaving Southbank, you ll go under the three low bridges, taking in the major sights of the city. Passing under the Bolte Bridge through to Victoria Harbour, is a route which takes you directly into The Port of Melbourne where you will get an incredible view of the Westgate Bridge. After this, the cruise takes you back to Southbank leaving you to enjoy the fabulous perspective of the Melbourne City skyline.
This downstream port and docklands cruise not only allows you to enjoy the view of the largest port and historical docklands in the Southern Hemisphere, it also gives you a unique perspective of the entire city. Specific highlights of the cruise include; Westgate Bridge, Southgate Arts and Leisure Precinct, World Congress and Trade Center, the Polly Woodside, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Crown Entertainment Complex, Eureka Sky Tower and Flinders Street Station.
Although the entire cruise lasts for just 60 minutes, each activity and route has been carefully selected to make the trip one you'll never forget!
