Push your fears to the limit and get your adrenaline racing at this high ropes course adventure park on the Sunshine Coast. This park takes you sky-high with 100 challenges and 12 zip lines sitting in the trees at more than 25m above the ground. Expect to have a thrilling day out in nature as you conquer personal goals, have a whole lot of fun, and soak in stunning views from the tree canopy.
Located at The Big Pineapple, this adventure park features five exciting courses that start easy and work up to heart-pumping extreme! The park stretches through 8 acres of lush rainforest (which looks like the dense green of the Daintree in Far North Queensland).
The adventure park is fully supervised and is a self-paced tour, which means you can complete each circuit at your own speed. Your experience starts with the first two easy courses that are designed for everyone in the family. It’s a chance to enjoy the rainforest and build confidence in the sky. The third course steps it up a notch with huge ziplines, ninja games, stunning heights, and opportunities to really face your fears at every turn.
If you think everything up to this point is a piece of pie, wait for the final two Black Circuits. These are the highest and most thrilling ropes courses in Australia. This particular course is challenging and designed for those ages 14+.
Some fitness is required to complete the course as you do need the strength to climb through the trees. It takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete a circuit, and 3-4 hours to complete the entire park. The park uses the highest grade safety equipment and a state-of-the-art smart belay system that will keep you attached to the wires at all times.

What should I bring?
- Closed in shoes (sneakers are ideal)
- Shorts or leggings suitable for wearing a harness
- Small camera or phone to capture memories (only if you can secure it in a pocket with a zip)
What's the minimum heigh requirement?
Must be able to reach 160cm to the palm of your hands stretched above your head.

Suitable for ages 8+

Maximum weight 120kg.
Can I participate if I'm pregnant?
This activity is not recommended if you are pregnant, have pre-existing heart-related illness, severe asthma, back-related injuries, or other chronic illnesses.
Is there an introduction before doing the ropes course?
Harnessing and induction take 30 minutes to complete. It's important you arrive 15 minutes before your session time to sign in and be ready to begin. If you arrive later than your session time, you might be asked to join a later session.
When are session times?
The adventure park opens at 9am and closes at 5:00pm. The ropes courses close 20 minutes to 45 minutes before the close of the day to ensure guests safely complete all activities before the close of day. On weekends, we recommend 3 to 4 hours to complete our adventure park. If you wish to attempt all ropes courses, we recommend you book our earlier session times to avoid any disappointment.
All activities are highly exciting, physically and mentally demanding as you will be attempting a physical activity with ladders, steep climbs, and many other challenging games. As your safety is always our number priority, it means you cannot participate if you have a chronic illness or pre-existing medical/physical concern including but not limited to:
- Heart Illness
- Recent Surgery
- Back Problems
This is a highly phsyical and mentally demanding activity in a remote and challenging environment. Because of this, it is not recommended for guests with special needs to attempt these activities because guests must be able to follow complex instructions un-supervised and without assistance to safely complete the activity. For guests with special needs, we can arrange a tour guide to assist throughout the experience
No refunds will be provided for customer cancellations made within 48 hours of tour departure. Changes to the date or time of your booking must be received 48 hours prior to tour departure. All changes are subject to availability and made at the discretion of the operator. What about the weather? If the park cancels your tour for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund.
