Tours operate in all but the worst of weather conditions. We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes with a good grip.

We reserve the right to change or cancel any bookings. If we cancel a tour we will endeavour to do one of the following: Re-book you for another date or tour (subject to availability), transfer your booking to another person, and as a last resort refund your payment.

Even though we offer tours where alcohol is served, we do not condone excessive or binge drinking. We promote the responsible drinking of alcohol. There are a few key points to remember because we want everyone on our tours to have a good time: Guests must at all times abide by state and federal laws regarding lawful drinking practices (e.g. Responsible Service of Alcohol). Service of alcohol may be refused to persons deemed intoxicated.

It is your responsibility to carry a valid passport, drivers licence, proof of age card, or other suitable forms of identification and for the duration of the tour you are responsible for your own behaviour; uncontrollable and disruptive drunken behaviour will not be tolerated. Any person deemed unruly or disruptive will be removed from the tour and will not be entitled to any refund. Do not drive after one of our tours, we unfortunately cannot accept any responsibility for your ability to get home once our tours finish. At all times, the decision of the tour leader or representative will be final on all matters likely to affect the safety and well-being of the tour.

Sydney is spoilt for choice when it comes to its amazing craft beer scene and premium small-batch spirits offering gin, vodka, rum and whiskey.&nbsp;Starting from the Keg &amp; Brew Hotel,&nbsp;relax as you are whisked around to each hand-picked venue&nbsp;in an air-conditioned bus. Your expert local guide will provide&nbsp;some entertaining commentary while&nbsp;you look forward to the next drink stop.&nbsp;

At each venue, you&rsquo;ll go behind the scenes to meet the makers and learn all about their&nbsp;craft, explore the production processes and how each method shares similarities while still being unique. You will also get to enjoy a taste of the finished products and become your own wine, beer and spirit connoisseurs.&nbsp;

Which winery, brewery or distillery the&nbsp;tour visits on the day does change depending on each venue&#39;s operations, making these tours truly unique and different each time. The focus is on providing a good mix of places, people, and beverages to offer the best possible experience. URBAN WINERY SYDNEY

Australia&rsquo;s first truly Urban Winery, everything from crushing and fermenting, to barreling and bottling &ndash; it all happens in its Moore Park location. The city heart of the &ldquo;A. Retief&rdquo; wine label, and bringing a little of Bordeaux to Sydney, Urban Winery uses the finest NSW Cold Climate grapes to create wines with rustic distinction.

BRIX DISTILLERS

In 2017, founders Damien and James set out to find a site where they could establish an urban distillery that showcased the best that Australia has to offer.&nbsp;They found a home on Bourke Street, Surry Hills and&nbsp;we love it.&nbsp;The Brix team challenged themselves to source the best quality Australian molasses,&nbsp;fresh organic sugar cane, an Australian made copper still, the best quality native spices and&nbsp;Australian wine barrels from some of the best winemaking regions of the world to make delicious rum.

OTTER CRAFT DISTILLERY&nbsp;

OCD produces premium whiskey and vodka &ndash; bottled in Bond in Sydney. The spirits are crafted by hand in St Peters in small batches, using equal parts tradition and innovation. Traceable ingredients and barrels that show provenance are just part of their&nbsp;obsession for&nbsp;creating authentic spirits.

WILLIE THE BOATMAN 
Starting in 2012, Willie the Boatman beers are brewed on ex-dairy equipment, repurposed for brewing the delicious amber liquid known as beer! Pat, Nick, Joel and the gang at Willie&rsquo;s do a fantastic job of creating beers with plenty of character (read; flavour)!

BATCH BREWING CO 
Started by two Americans who met in Australia, Batch is the brewery you want to visit if you like something that&#39;s always new! With a core range of four beers and a further rotating six taps in the brewery, Batch Brewing Co likes to put out a new beer every 10 days. Even if you&rsquo;ve been here before, there will&nbsp;almost definitely be something different for you to try each time you visit.

WAYWARD BREWING COMPANY 
Hidden down a Camperdown laneway, Wayward Brewing Company is housed deep inside the roots of the former winery that occupied the site nearly a century ago. Originally a gypsy brewing company, they now have their own brewing and state-of-the-art bottling line. The 12-tap bar features a constantly changing list of craft-beer goodness, pouring Wayward beers that are only available at the brewery.

STAVES BREWERY 
Staves Brewery is situated right behind Broadway Sydney&nbsp;shopping centre&nbsp;in Ultimo and operates as Sydney&rsquo;s smallest brewery. With a beautiful outdoor terrace and rustic interior, Staves is all about just making great beer and offering a great experience.

ROCKS BREWING COMPANY 
Led by fifth and sixth generation convict descendants, the guys behind The Rocks Brewing Company have thrown their all into setting up one of the most advanced breweries in town. Explore the brewhouse and get up close to their brewing equipment as you sample beers straight from the tank.

GRIFTER BREWING COMPANY 
Three guys began brewing out of Young Henrys as gypsy brewers. Since then, the boys have taken Young Henry&rsquo;s first brewhouse and opened up their own brewery in Marrickville. Based in an old commercial laundry&nbsp;with twelve&nbsp;taps and a pool table, a lot has changed in three&nbsp;years for The Grifter Brewing Company. Try the Fresh and Clean IPL, paying homage to&nbsp;the previous tenants.

YOUNG HENRY&rsquo;S 
Young Henry&rsquo;s is perhaps Sydney&rsquo;s most recognised large craft brewery. Just behind Newtown, Young Henry&rsquo;s provides a fantastic example of what makes craft beer great! Good beers, a sense of community and good vibes all around.
