What to Expect

The Remote Coast is along the Northern Coromandel region of New Zealand and a beautiful place to experience! It's known for having a rich Maori history while stunning scenery. This three-hour kayak tour is all about getting further off the beaten path and exploring coastline that is rarely seen by other travellers. Over millions of years, the ocean has carved the sheer volcanic cliffs of the Remote Coast into a magnificent sea kayaking playground. This tour explores sea caves, rock gardens, and old volcanic islands before paddling deep inside New Zealand's most beautiful blowhole. Are you up for it?

This tour runs in the morning as it usually has the lightest wind and the calmest sea conditions. You’ll be in the kayaks for the whole trip so be ready for a workout!
