Pick Up &amp; Drop Off: Flexible within Wellington

Itinerary&nbsp;

After your hotel pick-up from Wellington, travel comfortably through the scenic terrain of the&nbsp;Hutt Valley&nbsp;to your first stop at the Remutaka mountain range summit (555 metres above sea level). This monument honours the 60,000 New Zealand soldiers who journeyed from the Featherston military camp to the Port of Wellington between 1915 and 1918.

After reaching the summit, your guide will take you on a 5-minute drive to the charming town of Featherston in South Wairarapa. Here, you can enjoy a platter of up to&nbsp;5 delectable New Zealand cheeses&nbsp;(including the Remutaka Pass cheeses made on-site) at&nbsp;C&#39;Est Cheese, owned and operated by Cheese Maker Paul Broughton.

After the cheese tasting, the next visit is to meet the Owners/Bee Keepers at&nbsp;Greytown Honey. You then tour the factory, where Alex explains the end-to-end honey-making process - from the hive to your kitchen. You will also have some hands-on experience in the factory. The tour ends in the&nbsp;tasting room, where you will be shown different kinds of honey, including several Manuka honeys.&nbsp;

Now, it&#39;s time to taste our first wine of the day. You&#39;ll take a short drive southeast from&nbsp;Greytown to Martinborough, known as the Pinot Noir Capital of the North Island. The tastings will flow here, followed by a&nbsp;platter lunch at the winery.&nbsp;

The tastings continue after lunch with a&nbsp;visit to Olivo. You&#39;ll have the opportunity to sample a variety of oils, including some infused with different flavours. You can also&nbsp;stroll through the olive grove&nbsp;with the maker and learn about growing olives and producing exceptional olive oil.

&nbsp;

Next up, head back to&nbsp;Martinborough to visit the only Craft Brewery. If craft beer is not your thing, you can wander around the lovely village with a variety of boutique gifts and clothing shops.

Return to Wellington around 3.30 pm, arriving back to your selected drop-off location around 5.00 pm.
