Your trip includes an Environmental Access Fee which goes directly towards preserving the Abel Tasman National Park.

A portion of your ticket price goes directly towards preserving the unique environment you will enjoy on your trip in the Abel Tasman. This includes the compulsory concession fees paid to the Department of Conversation as well as voluntary contributions to local organisations and projects to improve the environment, ecology and access to the National Park. &nbsp;Fees are adjusted according to your trip, you can see your contribution when you purchase a ticket.

Guided customers need to be 12+. Under the age of 18 &nbsp;you need to be accompanied by an adult.&nbsp;

Start with a scenic water taxi ride to Observation beach setting the stage for exploration of the adjacent coastline by kayak.

Paddle out to Adele &amp; Fisherman Islands and observe the antics of the resident New Zealand Fur Seals also known as Kekeno. Keep an eye out for the Little Blue Penguins that often make appearances as well. There is ample time to spend with the playful Kekeno who call the island&rsquo;s home. This short but sweet tour of the southern end of the Abel Tasman allows ample time to soak up the quintessential Abel Tasman coastline before arriving back in Marahau.

This trip departs at 8:15 am and 11.15 am each day, the description is based on a 11.15 am departure.

On this trip covering the Astrolabe coastline you have a professional guide with you for around 4 hours sharing their knowledge and passion of the Abel Tasman. We also cater lunch designed around your health and energy.
