Therefore, passenger weights are requested at the time of booking, to assist operationally in planning and managing seat availability and to provide a great customer experience.

Please ensure you inform The Supplier of your weight, especially if any passengers are 120kg or 260lb or over, prior to the date of travel. Passengers seat allocation is at the Pilots' discretion due to the weight and balance of the plane.

Children aged up to and including 2 years can travel for free if sitting on an adults lap. They must weight 15kg or less.

The Supplier provides lap belt extenders, infant life jackets and ear defenders to help keep our young passengers comfortable.
