None of the tours includes the ferry trip from Auckland. You can book a ferry online or on the day from the ticket counter. However, it doesn&#39;t guarantee a seat. You must queue for the ferry and hope you are early enough to get the ferry you want. You should arrive at least 30 minutes before your preferred ferry departure time.&nbsp;

Waiheke is an island of wine, so what better way to explore than with a full-day boutique winery tour.&nbsp;

This red-wine dominant region is best known for Merlot and Syrah; however also produces some incredible white varietals, including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris. There are around 30 stunning and award-winning wineries to discover.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Your day starts with a 10:40 am pick-up&nbsp;from the&nbsp;Matiatia Ferry Terminal&nbsp;on Waiheke Island.&nbsp;If you&#39;re staying in Auckland, you&#39;ll need to catch the 10:00 am ferry (not included) to Waiheke Island, to arrive in time. If you&#39;re on Waiheke already, you&#39;ll be advised of the closest pick-up point to your accommodation.&nbsp;

You will sample a wide range of artisan wines at 3 of Waiiheke Islands world renowed vienyards for wine tastings and one lunch stop&nbsp; where you will received a glass of wine or beer.&nbsp;Our lunch venus is the gorgeous Thomas Batch Vineyard with wrap-around views of Auckland and the Hauraki Gulf for miles! We will be there for 1.5 hours for a set menu lunch which is $50pp you have three choices to choose from and a complimentary glass of wine, beer, cider, or juice, you will advise the restaurant of your choice of food on the day from the set menu when you arrive and you pay for this direct to Thomas Batch, lunch is at your own cost lunch as it is not included on this tour.

You&#39;ll then be dropped back at the ferry terminal&nbsp;at 3.50pm for the 4:00 pm sailing (not included), or you can be dropped back in Oneroa to check out all the bars and shops before making your own way back to Auckland&nbsp;when you&#39;re ready. The ferries continue to depart regularly well into the evening.&nbsp;

<h4>PAYMENT TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS</h4>

Your booking is confirmed once you have paid through our online booking system.

All pricing is quoted in NZ dollars which includes GST, the confirmation email acts as a GST receipt.

For bookings of 11 passengers or more, I can do a 50% deposit for you, to give you a chance to get the full hire, which would need to be paid 1 month before your tour date.

If for any reason you want to&nbsp;change&nbsp;the date or passenger numbers of your booking, &nbsp;we can either change the date for you and reschedule another tour or issue you with a credit or gift voucher. This must be done at least 4weeks before your tour date.

In the event of you having to totally&nbsp;cancel&nbsp;your tour, we ask you that you do this within 4 weeks of the hire, and we can agree to a refund for you, with a $250 admin fee.

Please be advised we will not refund any tours that are cancelled by you or passenger numbers that have dropped within 48 hours of the tour date.

Our tours don&rsquo;t depend on the Weather and will generally still run, if it is particularly rough we will contact you and arrange another time for you to come to the Island, if you are an overseas visitor and cannot reschedule we will refund you, we will advise before 0800 the morning of the tour. If for any reasons outside our control we have to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund or if you prefer we can offer you a full refund.

Group tours:&nbsp;Must be paid in full at the time of the hire, and if any of your guests drop out we will only refund 50% of their individual booking cost a week out from the tour. If this is within 3 days of the hire, we will not refund the hire and you have the opportunity to replace that person.

Time extensions are at the discretion of the driver due to their NZTA Log Book requirements, and all extra charges must be paid for prior to extension via Cash or Credit Card.

The hirer is responsible for any damage incurred to the van during the hire. WWT LTD will not be held responsible for any damage caused intentionally or otherwise to people or property. The organiser will be held liable to cover any and all additional costs incurred. It is your responsibility who you have on a private tour. Drop-off time means the van must drop you off at your final destination by that time. This can be at the Ferry or another destination, agreed by you and the driver. We will not be responsible for any money owning for lunch, drinks or activities we have booked on your behalf. Some of the Vineyards will charge a certain amount if you are a no show or cancel, the cancellation fee will depend on individual suppliers&rsquo; own cancellation terms and this debt will be transferred to you.

If for any reason we are late, we will add the time on the end of your hire. We are not in control of traffic and event delays.

At all times you must obey our rules of no &ldquo;raunchy&rdquo; behaviour at the Vineyards and keeping your guests in line, as all of our Vineyards are family orientated and suitable behaviour and indeed attire is required, keep it classy.&nbsp;Remember all the Vineyards are fully licensed venues and NZ law states you cannot be intoxicated on-premise at any time or indeed BYO. So keep hydrated along the way and always eat a good lunch, we make our second stop our lunch stop on most of our tours for this very reason. Don&rsquo;t be offended if you are talked to by our guides and they end the hire due to intoxication or bad behaviour. Food is easily accesable at all times along the way and at the lunch venues, we supply free water in the vehicles for your use also.

NO DRINKING ALCOHOL OR SMOKING ON BOARD. When you buy Wine from the Vineyards this will be stashed away in our storage compartment for taking at the end of the hire. If your wine is damaged that is not our responsibility. If you are likely to buy wine please supply your own carry on and off bag to stow your wine safely.

Hire will be terminated immediately if:

Any willful damage is caused to the van. You will be liable for any damage. 
Any verbal, physical abuse or threatening behavior is displayed to the driver on board. By anyone! 
Or if anyone urinates in public or in the van. 
Customers are intoxicated

There will be a clean up fee if one of your group vomits.

* It is not our responsibility for any wines you are not fond of, we simply take you to the vineyards and they offer the tastings you will not be refunded for wine you simply don&rsquo;t like.
