To keep things fresh and ensure availability, the tour goes to a different selection of vineyards every day.

Yes, you can request specific vineyards you&#39;d like to visit; however, The Operator can&#39;t promise as itineraries could already be set, or vineyards could already be full.

Make sure to bring warm clothing, sunblock and your own refreshments as things may get cold on the water. (Extra gear can be stored safely in our vehicle while you&rsquo;re wine tasting.)

Be ready to have some sublime wine tastings and experience some of Waiheke&#39;s most breathtaking scenery before boarding your fishing charter,&nbsp;where you are almost guaranteed a catch just in time for dinner.

&nbsp;

This tour starts with you getting the 10:00 am Fullers ferry from downtown Auckland (not included), where you get to enjoy a relaxed 35-min ferry ride through the Hauraki Harbour, passing historic Devonport and Rangitoto Island, among others. Your guide will then pick you up from the&nbsp;Matiatia ferry terminal at 10:30 am.&nbsp;If you&#39;re staying on Waiheke Island, your guide will collect you from your accommodation.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Then, you will travel in a luxury mini-coach&nbsp;guided by a wine expert and visit three of Waiheke&#39;s best wineries to taste the island&#39;s elegant Bordeaux-style reds and aromatic whites. Tastings are included so you can make the most of each vineyard&#39;s selection.

&nbsp;

Stop for lunch (not included) at either an award-winning vineyard or a local village restaurant &ndash; whatever you prefer. Alternatively, you can&nbsp;bring a hamper full of goodies and wine/beer for the charter.

&nbsp;

With lunch done and dusted, your guide will drop you off at the Matiatia Wharf at 2:00 pm and then it&#39;s time for your fishing trip. The local skipper will take you out to some of the best fishing spots the Hauraki Gulf has to offer.

&nbsp;

Fishing gear and bait are supplied, and your catch will be cleaned, filleted and bagged up for you to take home.

&nbsp;

The fishing charter will get you back to Matiatia Wharf at 7.00 pm. From here, you can catch the ferry back to Auckland (not included) or&nbsp;make your own transport arrangements if you are staying in accommodation on Waiheke Island.

Cancellations

Enjoi NZ and our partners reserve the right to cancel or amend any bookings due to any unforeseen circumstances and Covid 19 or weather conditions at any time. In this case clients will receive an option to reschedule.&nbsp; Enjoi will honer a 12 month credit note per person for the date they choose to rebook should that date be available.

Reschedule Bookings

You can opt to reschedule your booking 48hrs prior the tour date however a $20 per person fee will be incurred.

COVID 19

Enjoi NZ are following the government Covid 19 guidelines.&nbsp; All guests are to sign in and show double vaccine passports on arrival.&nbsp; If we go into lockdown and guests cannot attend their tour we will only be offering a credit note so they can reschedule the tour at a date that suits the guest once the country re-opens (no fees will apply).&nbsp; We will not be refunding anyone if we are in Red light or similar where the tour can still operate.&nbsp; Enjoi NZ are happy for you to re-sell or change the attendees booked on the tour.

The Use of Our Services

Passengers must pay for tours prior to embarkation.

To consume alcohol at the venues, passengers must be able to prove they are over 18 years of age.

Enjoi NZ reserves the right to use alternate (vehicles with extra capacity) and operators.

Enjoi NZ reserves the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice.

Enjoi NZ is not obliged to refund the price of cancelled bookings. 
Passengers who soil or vomit in the vehicles will be charged a cleaning fee of $50-$300. This will either be charged to your credit card or cash payment.

Children

Our tours are specifically designed for the enjoyment of adults. Nobody under the age of 18 years is permitted on our tours unless agreed by&nbsp;Enjoi NZ prior.

Travelling on Our Vehicles

Enjoi NZ&nbsp;vehicles are not party vehicles.

The consumption of alcohol is permitted on the vehicles. Intoxicated and drunken behaviour will not be tolerated. Unruly passengers causing disturbance will be removed from the vehicle, no refunds will be given.

Bringing your own drink&rsquo;s or food is not allowed in our vehicles.

Enjoi NZ&nbsp;will not be held responsible for any damage caused intentionally or otherwise to people or property/venues and the passengers and / or organiser will be held liable to cover any additional costs incurred.

Security Cameras

Enjoi NZ&nbsp;vehicles have security camera&rsquo;s operating 24/7. Video footage maybe used at our discretion including evidence, security, and promotional material.

All Day WiFi

All day Wifi is restricted to only in Enjoi NZ vehicles.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this site.

Other Guests

If anyone is rude while on tour then we reserve the right to cancelled their tour without a refund. Please note that we are not held responsible for someone else&rsquo;s actions while on tour.
