<p><em>*Canceling a booking with Unlimited Biking can result in cancellation fees being applied by&nbsp;Unlimited Biking, as outlined below. 	<li>Event, Attraction, Theater, Show or Coupon Ticket. These are non-refundable in all&nbsp;circumstances.</li>
	<li>Gift Certificate &ndash; These are non-refundable in all circumstances.</li>
	<li>Other Tour or Rental Products &amp; Services. If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance,&nbsp;there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 2 and 6 calendar days in advance, you will&nbsp;be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours in advance, you will be&nbsp;charged&nbsp;a 100% cancellation fee.</li>

Clients are requested to retain copies of any&nbsp;literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall&nbsp;issue&nbsp;Client&rsquo;s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an&nbsp;agreed&nbsp;contract, for the benefit of both parties.</p>
