• All purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage and/or any type of bag that can conceal an object are NOT permitted inside Pearl Harbor, the Visitor's Center, or to any of the attractions.
• Strollers are not permitted in the theatre or shuttle boats.
   

Lockers are available for a fee at a storage facility at the entrance to the National Park.

• Visitors are reminded that they are visiting a memorial to those that perished in the Pearl Harbor Attack. Bathing suits or profane t-shirts are discouraged.
• There will be lots of walking with potential trip hazards on the Battleship Missouri. Closed-toed comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Wear sunscreen!

Effective September 3, 2025, access to the USS Arizona Memorial will be suspended due to preservation work by the National Park Service. This includes both the boat launch and physical access to the memorial platform. The closure is expected to last approximately six months. No commercial operator will have advance access, and while limited same-day standby access may be available, it is not guaranteed.

To help preserve the quality of the experience during this time:

• A 30-minute narrated audio tour of the memorial site will be provided in place of the boat launch. Polynesian Adventure will cover the full cost of this audio experience for all guests
• All tours will continue to include the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, including exhibits and the documentary film
• While we recognize that some guests may be disappointed, the tour continues to offer strong historical and educational value. As all other inclusions remain unchanged, no refunds will be issued related to Arizona Memorial access.
