Discover local village life in Vietnam! Head to Tra Que vegetable village to discover local life and learn about gardening. This is a unique insight into Vietnamese culture you'll never forget. 

Itinerary:
Depart from your hotel at 8.00 am.

Enjoy a beautiful 30 minutes cycle to Tra Que herb village. Here, take a short stroll around the vegetable gardens and listen to locals talk about the history of the village.

Then, it's time to join in the gardening activities that include preparing the land, fertilizing with seaweed, raking the ground, sowing, and watering, and picking vegetables.

After the hard work, enjoy a foot soak before helping to prepare lunch at a local restaurant inside the village. Cook ‘Tam Huu’ spring roll and ‘Banh xeo’, a delicious savoury pancake famous in the Vietnam middle region.

After your morning excursions and lunch, you'll learn how to harvest and wrap the vegetables. Then, it's time to bid farewell to your host family before riding back to your hotel. 

You'll return to Hoi An at approximately 1.00 pm.
